Welcome to the Homepage of the Manufacturing Engineering Program at the Istanbul Technical University. This program aims to provide its graduates with knowledge and abilities in basic sciences, engineering sciences, manufacturing processes, engineering design, design and control of manufacturing systems and production management.

      As the todays products and manufacturing technologies are becoming more and more sofisticated, the industry is in need of qualified engineers in this area. Graduates work in areas such as product and process design, plant-facilities engineering, production supervisors, quality control, computer-aided manufacturing, sales engineers, and technical management.
