Uzaytek Rocket Technologies team was founded on January 17, 2022, with 14 founding members to work in the fields of aviation, space, and defense as a project team. In the first 6 months of 2022, the team achieved significant success as a competition finalist in the Teknofest Middle Altitude Rocket Competition.

Its mission is to create a working culture that aims to blend the theoretical education obtained by university students into practical knowledge through project work without any profit motive and aims to transform it into practical knowledge, and to enable candidate engineers within the team to stand out with their peers.

Its vision is to create original, innovative, and sustainable projects in the fields of aviation, space, and defense systems.
